Shipping & Returns
We offer world wide shipping.
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours after placing your order, usually within one business day. You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse. All orders are shipped from Sweden.
We are working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your new riding clothes can reach you as quickly as possible. When your order has been shipped you will receive a link on which you can follow your package. Normal delivery time is 1-2 days within Sweden, 2-4 days within Europe and for the rest of the world 2-5 days (Australia/New Zealand can be up to 10 days). Please note we don't ship to PO boxes.
We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders over 2000 SEK. The shipping fee in Sweden is 29 SEK. The shipping fee for delivery to other European countries is 13 EUR (130 SEK), outside of Europe 20 USD (170 SEK) and to Australia/New Zealand 35 USD (300 SEK). Any customs duty and/or taxes is paid by the receiver.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
The products that you return has to be in the same condition as when you received them. We do not accept returns for products that has been worn, washed or missing the original packaging.
Shipping fees for a return
To make returns in Sweden the cost is 49 SEK and this will be adjusted on your payment.
Kindly note that shipping costs or import duties for shipments outside of Sweden is not covered by Aisling Equestrian.
How to return items in Sweden
If possible re-use and securely seal the original packaging. Fill in the return form with your order number, return reason and product information. Attach the pre-paid return label and hand in at your nearest PostNord service point.
How to return items outside of Sweden
Take the shipment to your local post office and send it to:

We recommend that the package is returned with traceable shipping, if the package is lost on the road you will not get your money back.
We do not allow exchange of products. If you want the same product in a different size or color, you must return the product and place a completely new order on the website.
You’ll be refunded on your original payment method and receive an email confirmation from us. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Customs and import VAT and any other expenses associated with delivery outside of Sweden that can occur is the responsibility of the customer to pay.
