Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@aislingequestrian.se so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have, and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Return policy 

You have the right to return or cancel your order within 30 days, for any reason and without needing to justify your decision.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • In original packaging, with tags attached

Please contact us by email at info@aislingequestrian.se and let us know which item you wish to return. We will then send you a return label to print.

If you choose to use a different shipping method, please note that we cannot guarantee successful delivery due to potential customs and documentation issues.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Sweden: 49 SEK (deducted from your refund)

  • International: €15 / £15 / $21 / NOK150

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@aislingequestrian.se.
